Palisade Garden is a terrific, relatively affordable condo development in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia. The community was built in 1947 with 133 residences. The area is surrounded by beautiful gardens and trails with Fort Bennett Park and the Custis Trail notable standouts. Arlington County Board Chairman Jay Fisette and other County officials broke ground yesterday for the Rosslyn Station Project: a $32.6 million station expansion to help meet transit needs. It will include a new entrance, high-speed elevators, and safety improvements for Virginia’s busiest Metrorail Station. The work is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2013.
